On April 27th her Honour MJ Richards presented her decision on the Springfield Section 74 reference hearing.
The reference hearing was to address the 26 conditions on our range approval.
Her Honors’ decision was that the CFO was to remove all conditions attached to the Springfield Range approval.
This does not mean we have a carte blanche to do anything we wish, the club, officers and members must adhere to the Range rules and regulations as determined by the Federal government and the standards for Range Design in NB.
