2025 is the year to hopefully rebuild our club shoot program. A number of club shoots have been planned to hopefully spur the club into structured competitions. Club competitions is a time for members to mix and informally compete between each other and this is the time for new shooters to learn from experienced members.

The following shoots have been placed on the club calendar:
  • Bulls-eye matches for both centre fire and rim fire utilizing handguns and rifles There is a maximum number of participants for these matches.
  • Cowboy / Wild bunch for both centre fire and rim fire. Each match will require either 2 revolvers or 1 semi-automatic plus a pump or double barrel shotgun and a rifle in pistol calibre. Centre fire and rim fire matches will be on sperate days.
  • Practical Pistol matches for both centre fire and rim fire. All handguns must be carried on the strong side and concealed under clothing. Don’t have experience with a holster let Tim know and we can arrange instruction.

All club shoots require confirmation of participation no less than 14 days in advance. If you commit, please show.
Please reference the PDF below and the club calendar for particulars.

The top of all rubber mats must be hung no more that ¾ metre from the range floor.
Mats on Ranges 5 & 6 were adjusted a week ago and today at the range it was observed that they were rehung 1.5 meters from the range floor.
DO NOT hang mats at 100 from the top of the rebar stands on ranges 5 & 6.
Once all stands are replaced there will not be an option to hang the top of a mat more than ¾ metre from the range floor.

Watch our Calendar for range schedules (shoots and other)
